Adjacent to this, the 72H Eatery offers a menu that harmonizes with the bakery´s offerings, featuring dishes that showcase the versatility and richness of sourdough. From simple, hearty sandwiches to creative toasts and more, every item is crafted to highlight the natural, wholesome flavors of our artisanal bread. The environmental fee is seasonal 3€ per night, per room :January, February,November,December 7€ per night, per room :April-October
