For a registration done by our staff, the reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 to 13:30 and form 17:30 to 20:30. Sundays from 9:30 to 13:30.

Arriving by car
GPS, write the address c / La Paz 3. Once there, you must turn right onto the tram tracks. Follow the signs for Garaje Denda and Garaje Álava. Once you are on Independencia street, on the tram tracks, drive 150 meters until you reach General Álava street and continue until you find the hotel´s exclusive loading and unloading area on the right hand side.
Arriving by public transportation
The bus station is located in Lakua. To come to the hotel from the bus station we recommend you use the tram to the Parliament stop.
