RIAD FES has taken steps with the entire team in order to provide you with the best service possible while insuring your safety to the best of our ability. The staff is trained in barrier gestures and in the new sanitary protocols to ensure the safety of all of us. A referent specifically deals with the correct implementation of sanitary measures their respect and their application. All staff and guests must wear masks throughout the property in the restaurants and any common areas. All team members will be required to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer every 30 minutes. Temperature checks will be taken daily before entering the building. The team will follow a policy of no physical contact and maintain social distancing wherever possible. We have reduced the number of tables in the dining rooms and expanded our outdoor spaces and food offerings. We have suspended all buffets. Breakfast will be available from an a la carte menu. Please respect the social distancing measures in place. You will receive an email 24 hours prior your arrival to proceed with your online registration in order to limit contact as much as possible. We have cleaned and sanitized your bedroom with extra care. Take the Imouzzer road and follow signs to the town center (Centre Ville). Take the Avenue Hassan II and continue on the Avenue Allal Fassi up to Place Batha. Turn right and go down the street Derb Sidi El-Khayat (approx. 300 m). When there, either follow the Riad Fès signs (the riad is at 2 minutes walking distance) or call us and we will send somebody to meet you. Upon request, we can organize private transfer for you from the airport, train station and other city.
