Arriving by car
From the North: Leave the super highway at the Firenze-Certosa exit, direction Siena . Continue on the road to Grosseto. You reach Paganico and leave the highway, following the signs for “Vetta Monte Amiata”. At Castel del Piano, follow the signs for “Vetta Monte Amiata, Prato delle Macinaie”. After 9 Km/6 miles, you arrive at Le Macinaie lodge.
