Every dish with its harmonious balance of Thai flavours of sweet, sour and spicy will leave your mouth watering and your stomach begging for more. From nee grob (three caramelised meats with crispy fried noodles), to a green curry of yellow tail kingfish with Thai apple eggplant, and a delicious dessert medley featuring sweet yam pudding, coconut ice cream and coconut lime tart, The Tamarind’s ever-changing menu and perfectly matched wines make this a true gourmet destination for both in-house guests and the general public alike.

pathways and timber boardwalks. This room is ideal for group meetings of all types with a fireplace at one end, windows that open for fresh mountain air,
natural light and private bathroom facilities. Standard audio visual facilities are included in this room

The Sala Room is a private and intimate space surrounded by lush vegetation overlooking the valley and forest. Air conditioned with natural light as well a natural breeze. Fully equipped with the latest AV technology. The adjacent deck is perfect for break out areas.

COOKING SCHOOL
The Tamarind Cooking Retreat offers groups a chance
to eat, laugh and learn with intimate Thai cooking
classes in a purpose-built cooking school. The school features state-of-the-art cooking stations and airconditioned comfort - not to mention spectacular views overlooking rainforest.Each class is hands-on with every participant creating delicious dishes under the entertaining tutelage of experienced chefs. The experience concludes with lunch that has been prepared during, along with a crisp glass of wine. Participants will take home a signature Tamarind apron, along with recipes designed by our onsite chefs.
