The Westin Hamburg is located directly in the Elbphilharmonie, the special architectural and cultural landmark of the city of Hamburg, a building complex with an imposing glass facade on the western tip of the Hafencity quarter. It is also home to the auditoriums of the Elbphilharmonie concert hall.

Ten meeting and event rooms for up to 230 people cover nearly 630 m² – including a 260 m² foyer.

244 rooms and suites on floors 9 to 20, with a minimum height above the Elbe river of 40 meters. All rooms are furnished with a Heavenly Bed, which ensures particularly restful sleep and a high degree of comfort. The rooms and suites are divided into the following categories:
• 35 Classic Elbphilharmonie Rooms, 35 m² in size with a view to the atrium.
• 90 Deluxe Hafencity Rooms, 31 m² in size with a view over the Hafencity and the city itself.
• 37 Premium City Panorama Rooms, 38 m² in size with a view over the Hafencity and the city itself.
• 43 Premium Waterkant Panorama Rooms, 35 m² in size with a view over the Elbe river and the industrial port.
• 15 Elbphilharmonie Studios, 45 m² in size with a view over the Elbe river or the Hafencity.
• 12 Elbphilharmonie Suites, 61 m² in size, every suite is unique in its design.
• 4 Maisonette Suites, 103 m² in size over two floors and with a view over the city or the port.
• 7 Horizon Suites, 92 m² in size with a panoramic view over the city, Hafencity or port.
• The Owner’s Suite on the 19th floor, covering 162 m² with a 270-degree view over the port and city of Hamburg.

Food & Beverages

Restaurant Fang & Feld
The restaurant on the 7th floor has capacity for 170 guests and offers a “hanseatic bistronomy” concept in a relaxed atmosphere. Chef Sebastian Michels prepares the “Best Of” meat and fish, like fried cod fillet with North German sniff and crispy bacon or Tatar of the Willow Ox with egg, toasted bread, caper apple and roasted onion oil.

BLICK forms a bridge between the classics at the Elbphilharmonie and the vibrant atmosphere of the Hafencity. Fusion of day and night: with its culinary delights and the interplay of harbourside flair with the casual elegance of the globally renowned concert hall, the plaza level is the beating heart of the hotel, from sunrise to sunset. BLICK ensures that every guest can find their new favourite place to while away, regardless of the occasion or time of day.

The Westin Hamburg Spa has an area of 1,300 m², treatment rooms for individuals and couples, one of the longest indoor swimming pools in Hamburg, saunas, steam baths, two open-air loggias with a view over the Elbe river and port, lounge, relaxation room and the Westin WORKOUT fitness area. It is also open to external visitors as a day spa and is located on the 6th floor. There is also a choice of different memberships. One of the highlights is our private suite which implies a bottle of champagne and fresh fruits.
