From M56 head Northbound toward Manchester. Take A5103 exit toward City Centre,M60 N W. At the roundabout, take 3rd exit to Mancunian Way,A5103. Turn left onto A57M toward Ring Road,Piccadilly. Take A6 exit toward Stockport,Sheffield,Piccadilly,A57,A34. Keep right, follow signs for A6. Keep left, follow signs for Piccadilly and merge onto London Rd,A6. Continue. Hotel will be on the left hand side

From Manchester Piccadilly Station, exit towards Fairfield Street/Metrolink/Taxi rank. At the bottom of the escalator, before you exit the building, there is an exit door on the righthand side out on to London Road - exit here and turn right. The hotel is located 100 yards on the left hand side.
