Our Apartment Residence is located on the cross of Legerova and Rumunska streets, in only 10 minutes walk from Wenceslas square – the heart of the modern town.

Located in only 10 minutes walk from the heart of the city centre, these completely equipped apartments are a great option of holiday accommodation for our guests.

Parking costs 15-25 EUR per day (depends on car sizes and availability), reservation in advance is needed. Breakfast costs 10 euro per 1 day per 1 person (continental breakfast). At our Apartments we accommodate small pets for just 10 euro/night! We are making light cleaning is made every day, full cleaning-once in 3.days. Bed linen and towels are changed once in 3 days. When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A EUR50 safety deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn´t any damage to the property.
